      How can I download my room book?

      You can easily download your room list. That's how it's done:

       

      1. Go to the Locations menu


      2. Click the download icon in the upper right corner

       

      3. Select your preferred format

      Note that the download always refers to the marked rooms. If no room is selected, the entire list is downloaded.

      Note: Files in .csv format should not be opened with MS Excel, as special characters may be displayed incorrectly.

      If a message appears saying the file may be damaged when opening the .xls file, answer it with "Yes" to open it and ensure that it is completely displayed.
