      What do I need to keep in mind when scanning in offline mode?

      If temporarily no internet connection is available you can scan in offline-mode. What you keep in mind is explained in the following article.

       

      Important: In order to scan in offline mode, you must first log into the app when you are connected to the Internet. This is to import the rooms and locations as well as the object information.

       

      1. Login to the app while connected to the internet to import all data
      2. Scanning and saving of the objects in offline mode is now possible
      3. When you are back in the Internet area and connected to the internet, you have to manually trigger the synchronization:
        1. Open the settings
        2. Go to Status
        3. Click on "Import all from server" (see also here )
      4. If "Not synchronized assets" = 0, the process was successful.
